After-sales
process
Step 1:
Submit an after-sales application, contact the salesperson, inform the order and return and exchange requirements.
Step 2:
The salesperson determines whether it is overdue based on the order information. Those who meet the return and exchange application conditions submit a return order in the system background
Step 3:
The buyer sends back the goods and attached certificates, gifts, etc.
Step 4:
After receiving the goods, the salesperson confirms the order information, checks the appearance and certificate for damage, and transfers it to the QC department for further inspection

5.1 The goods do not affect the secondary sales and can be re-stocked
5.2 If the goods affect the secondary sales and need to be repaired again, the corresponding repair fee will be deducted

II. Return and Exchange Matters:
1. The premise is that it does not affect the second sale
2. Products with special personalized needs cannot be returned or exchanged; including special printing, stone grade upgrade and other requirements.
3. The returned products must meet the following basic conditions:
① No traces of use and wear, including fingerprint residue; electroplating scratches; body bruises, etc.;
② No human-caused main and secondary stones fall off, private replacement of other gems, etc.;
③ No human-caused or express delivery caused the body of the jewelry to deform; damage, etc.
④ The loose stone certificate that comes with the goods has not been received, contaminated or lost
III. Return and Exchange Time Limit:
From the date of delivery from the platform, you can apply for a return within 7 days and exchange within 15 days.
4. Return and exchange procedures:
If the return and exchange conditions are met, please contact our company to apply for return before returning or exchanging, and inform the name, quantity, address, etc. of the goods to be returned or exchanged. After receiving (the return/exchange details), our customer service staff will contact the returner or exchanger to respond to the return and exchange request.
The returned or exchanged goods will be uniformly inspected and accepted by the quality department of our company. After the goods are inspected and accepted, the head of the quality department will hand over the (return/exchange details) to the company’s customer service staff for confirmation, and then the return or exchange can be allowed. After the return or exchange is approved, the person in charge of the customer service department will immediately contact the returner or exchanger to inform that the corresponding amount of the returned or exchanged goods will be deposited into the platform customer account, and the credit customer will be deducted accordingly.

I. Repair cost standards:
1. Polishing and recharging repair costs;
① Women’s ring: 3 USD/piece
② Men’s ring: 5 USD/piece
③ Set: 4 USD/set
2. Repair costs for setting and filling stones: The main and secondary stones are calculated according to the corresponding unit price, and the labor costs are quoted according to the quantity and difficulty;
II. Repair disclaimer:
There is a certain probability that the product will be scrapped or affect the secondary sale during the rework process, and the company does not bear the relevant responsibility
